Our main office is located in the Lakeview area of Chicago at the intersection of Belmont and Lakewood. It is within walking distance of the Southport and Belmont El stops. Metered parking is available on Belmont, but there are often free spaces available on the side street. The entrance is located on the side of the building on Lakewood. Please take the elevator to the lower level, where you can have a sit in the waiting area directly across from the elevator.

We also have an office located at the intersection of Main & Chicago in Evanston. There is a metered parking lot adjacent to our building. This office can also be reached one block northwest of the Main stop on the purple line. Our office space is located on the second floor, directly on the right of the entry stairwell. You can feel free to enter the office and have a seat in the waiting room.
